To find out if you're on the voter's list for the upcoming municipal election to be held October 25 2010, complete the following. If you are not on the list and wish to be added, please contact Clerk Services at 705-445-1030 ext 3230 or bdahl@collingwood.ca or complete the Application to Amend Voter's List Form and return the completed form in person or by mail to:

Revisions to the voter list will be accepted starting September 7th, 2010.

Please note: In order to receive a ballot kit in the mail, your name must be added to the voter list by no later than September 15, 2010. After September 15, ballot kits are available at the Town Hall located at 97 Hurontario Street, Collingwood, ON.
