NOTICE
COLLUS Power Corp &
the Collingwood Public Utilities
have recently made changes to the
Customer Care System
that is used for the process of handling
electric & water/sewer service in their
customer service areas.
All efforts are being made to make this a smooth
transition and minimize the impact on
our customers.
There is a need to introduce a new account number
format and this will require some customers to amend
their payment processing records.
ONLINE / TELEPHONE / TELLER BANKING CUSTOMERS!
You NEED to update your account number information with your
financial institution before your next payment is made!
(For Pre-Authorized Payment Customers)
Your payments will continue to be processed as normal.
We appreciate your cooperation and as always are available
to answer any questions you may have.
