NOTICE: NON-RESIDENT FEES
If you reside outside of the Town of Collingwood a non-resident card must be purchased prior to registering for any activity which uses Town of Collingwood facilities. The card is valid for the 2010 year and will allow members of the same family to participate in a variety of activities at Town of Collingwood facilities.
Why is there a non-resident fee?
- many non residents are using Town of Collingwood facilities
- surrounding municipalities do not provide financial support for their residents using Town of Collingwood facilities
- facility rates are subsidized by Town of Collingwood taxpayers
- Town of Collingwood taxpayers therefore subsidize the non-resident facility use
A resident is defined as an individual who resides in the Town of Collingwood and/or pays property/business taxes to the Town of Collingwood. All others are considered to be non-residents.
The 2010 non-resident fee is $20 per family. To view the 2010 Town of Collingwood Fees and Service Charges schedule please visit the Town website at www.collingwood.ca/node/126.
Please purchase your non resident card at the Town of Collingwood Leisure Services office, Second Floor, in the Municipal Offices. Payment may also be mailed to:
Leisure Services
P.O. Box 157, 97 Hurontario St
Collingwood, ON
L9Y 3Z5
When using the mail option, please include your mailing address, phone number and a list of all family members. Once payment and information is received, a card will be issued and mailed out.
