WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.13, provides that the Council of a local municipality may, by by-law, designate lands within a registered plan of subdivision not to be subject to part lot control;
 
AND WHEREAS it is intended that two (2) lots for single detached dwellings be reconfigured from lots 49 and 50 on Registered Plan No. 334;
 
AND WHEREAS theCouncil of the Town of Collingwood is satisfied thatthecreation ofthe single detached lots may proceed;
 
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
 
1.    THAT subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, shall cease to apply to Lots 49 and 50 on Registered Plan No. 334, Town of Collingwood, as shown on Schedule “A” appended hereto.
 
2.    THAT the reconfigured lot lines shall be in accordance with Schedule “B” appended hereto.
 
3.    THAT this by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing and shall expire on May 26th, 2016.
 
 
ENACTED AND PASSED this 26th day of May, 2014.
