BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A SITE PLAN CONTROL AGREEMENT BETWEEN WYLDEWOOD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD, KPR GROUP INC. AND BRANDY LANE (C2) INC.

WHEREAS Section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, delegates authority to local municipal councils for matters within their jurisdiction for Site Plan Control Approval and to enter into agreements thereunder;
 
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
 
  1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute a Site Plan Control Agreement for the development commonly known as Wydlewood Cove located on property municipally addressed as 11566-11616 Highway No. 26 West, Collingwood between Wyldewood Development Corporation, the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood, KPR Group Inc. and Brandy Lane (C2) Inc., affixed hereto as Schedule “A”;
     
  2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof at which time all by-laws that are inconsistent with the provisions of this by-law and the same are hereby amended insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this by-law.
 
ENACTED AND PASSED this 21st day of July, 2014.
