WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.13, provides that the Council of a local municipality may, by by-law, designate lands not to be subject to part lot control;
 
AND WHEREAS it is intended that fifteen (15) lots for single-detached dwelling units be created from lots 68 to 75 on Registered Plan No. 51M-945;
 
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Collingwood is satisfied thatthecreation ofthe fifteen (15) single-detached lots may proceed;
 
NOW THEREFORE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
 
  1. THAT subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, shall cease to apply to Lots 68 to 75, inclusive,Registered Plan 51M-945, Town of Collingwood,as shown on Schedule “A” affixed hereto.
     
  2. THAT the reconfigured lots lines shall be in accordance with Schedule “B” affixed hereto.
     
  3. THAT this by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing and shall expire on November 24th, 2016.
ENACTED AND PASSED this 24th day of November, 2014.
