WHEREAS Section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, delegates authority to local municipal councils for matters within their jurisdiction for Site Plan Control Approval and to enter into agreements thereunder;
 
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
 
  1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute a Site Plan Control Agreement for the development located at 18 Ronell Crescent, commonly known as the Ronell Industrial Court between Applevale Properties Limited and The Corporation of the Town of Collingwood, affixed hereto as Schedule “A”;
     
  2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon By-law No. 2015-047 coming into full force and effect, at which time all by-laws that are inconsistent with the provisions of this by-law and the same are hereby amended insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this by-law.
