Heritage Conservation District Plan
This document has been created to update the original 2002 "Collingwood Downtown Heritage Conservation District Study and Plan" by Phillip Carter to reflect changes in the Ontario Heritage Act and the Provincial Policy Statement.
This document is the subject of a Public Meeting on February 9th, 2009, with the intention of passing a by-law adopting the Plan.
Collingwood Town Council will receive comments from any interested persons or groups at the meeting. You can also submit your comments in writing prior to the meeting.
