A meeting of the Environmental Services Standing Committee will be held Tuesday March 8, 2016 in Community Rooms B & C, Library/Municipal Offices, 55 Ste. Marie Street, Collingwood commencing at 2:00 p.m.

2.  ADOPTION OF AGENDA
  • THAT the content of the Environmental Services Standing Committee Agenda for March 8, 2016 be adopted as presented.

ES2016-03      Environmental Services: 2015 Wastewater Operations Summary
 
RECOMMENDING THAT the Environmental Services Standing Committee support and refer the following Staff Report to the next regular meeting of Council:
 
Recommendation: THAT Council receive Staff Report ES2016-03 entitled “Environmental Services: 2015 Wastewater Operations Summary” for information.
 
ES2016-04      2015 Annual Wastewater Compliance Report
 
RECOMMENDING THAT the Environmental Services Standing Committee support and refer the following Staff Report to the next regular meeting of Council:
 
          Recommendation: THAT Council receive Staff Report ES2016-04, and approve the 2015 Annual Wastewater Compliance Report.
 
ES2016-05      Environmental Services Operations Plan
 
RECOMMENDING THAT the Environmental Services Standing Committee support and refer the following Staff Report to the next regular meeting of Council:
 
                        Recommendation:THAT Council accept the Environmental Service Operational Plan;
                        AND THAT Council commits to and endorses the Operational Plan by signing the    Management System Policy Statement.
