Project Description The proposed development is to consider a 106 unit subdivision development in the Town of Collingwood.  The subject property was the subject of two preconsultation applications the most recent one being December 21, 2017.   A full description of the development is included in the Planning Report written by Georgian Planning Solutions.  This property does fall within the NVCA.
