Secondary Suite Opportunities In Collingwood By-Law 2018-017

Amending Zoning By-Law No.  2018-017 implements policy changes in the Official Plan (OPA#33) allowing greater opportunities for secondary suites, including accessory apartments and second units  examples include coach houses and garden suites throughout Collingwood.   Here is a link to the By-Law for the provisions
