Project Description The proposal is approximately 9 hectares in size and would entail road connections to the Riverside Subdivision to the North and to the draft approved Eden Oak (McNabb) Subdivision to the West.   The intent of the applications is to facilitate the development of the subject land for a total of 57 single detached dwelling units and 205 townhomes in both freehold and condominium tenures. The Developer has supplied a Planning Justification Report with more complete information, dated January 2018, please find the above link.  This property is within the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority Jurisdiction.
