WHEREAS Section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, delegates authority to local municipal councils for matters within their jurisdiction for Site Plan Control Approval and to enter into agreements thereunder;

 
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
 
1.       THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute a Site Plan Control Agreement for the development commonly known as the “St Paul Street Apartments”  and municipally addressed as 205-225 St. Paul Street between Kristina Palmer, The Corporation of the Town of Collingwood, COLLUS Power Corp and Collingwood Public Utilities Service Board, affixed hereto as Schedule “A”;
 
2.       THATthis by-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof at which time all by-laws that are inconsistent with the provisions of this by-law and the same are hereby amended insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this by-law.
 
ENACTED AND PASSED this 13th day of July, 2009.
