Summary:
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2628, A BY-LAW TO REGULATE TRAFFIC IN THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD
WHEREAS By-law No. 2628 was enacted and passed by Council of the Town of Collingwood for the regulation of traffic movement;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Collingwood deems it necessary and expedient to further amend By-law No. 2628 to designate a one-way street within the Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Section 8 of By-law No. 2628 be amended to include the following as a designated one-way street:

TO

DIRECTION
|
|
Hurontario Street
|
First/Huron Street
|
Side Launch Way
|
Northerly
|
2. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof at which time all By-laws and/or resolutions that are inconsistent with the provisions of this By-law and the same are hereby repealed or rescinded insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law.
