BEING A BY-LAW TO ADOPT THE 2010 FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES
For a complete version of this document, including all related materials, download the attached PDF:NOTICE: WHEREAS in accordance with Sections 391 of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 as amended, the Municipality considers it necessary to impose fees for services rendered, save and except those imposed by the Building Code Act and the Planning Act, which include zoning, planning and Committee of Adjustment fees;

AND WHEREAS Council deems it expedient to amend the 2009 Fees & Service Charges;
NOW THEREFORE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the 2010 Fees and Service Charges for the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood, attached hereto as Schedules “A, C and D”, be adopted;
2. THAT the 2010 Fees and Service Charges for the Collingwood Public Utilities Service Board, attached hereto as Schedule “B”, be adopted;
3. THAT By-law Nos. 2009-003 and 2009-064 be hereby repealed;
4. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on January 1st, 2010 at which time all By-laws and/or resolutions that are inconsistent with the provisions of this By-law and the same are hereby repealed or rescinded insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law.
ENACTED AND PASSED this 14th day of December, 2009.
