STATEMENT OF INTEREST AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR
HERITAGE PARK – PHASE 1 - STAGE 3 –
THERAPY POOL AND SPA/HOT TUB CONSTRUCTION
Interested contractors are asked to submit a Statement of Interest and Qualifications, CCDC 11 document of prequalification and any other relevant supporting documents in envelopes clearly marked as to contents, and will be received by the Town of Collingwood, Attention: Sara Almas - Clerk until 2:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, March 31st, 2010 for the construction of the works described below.
The work to be provided includes the following items:
- Construction of new 20’ x 40’ therapy pool and 8-10 person commercial spa/hot tub
The Contactor must have previous experience in constructing commercial pool facilities. These works will be carried out in coordination with the selected general contractor for the Heritage Park – Phase 1 – Stage 3 – Wellness Centre General Contract.
