BEING A BY-LAW TO EXEMPT A PORTION OF LAND FROM THE PART LOT CONTROL PROVISIONS OF THE PLANNING ACT
NOTICE:
WHEREAS Section 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. c.P. 13, provides that the Council of a local municipality may, by by-law, designate lands not to be subject to part lot control;For a complete version of this document, including all related materials, download the attached PDF:

AND WHEREAS it is intended that one (1) lot for a single detached dwelling is to be created from the westernmost portion of Block 167 on Registered Plan No. 51M-945;
AND WHEREAS theCouncil of the Town of Collingwood is satisfied thatthecreation ofthe single detached lot may proceed;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

THAT Subsection 5 of Section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, shall cease to apply toPart 1, Plan 51R-37436, being the westernmost portion of Block 167 on Registered Plan No. 51M-945, Town of Collingwood,as shown on Schedule “A” affixed hereto.
- THAT this by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing and shall expire on June 28, 2012.
