BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN 2079409 ONTARIO INC., THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD AND BASS BAY COTTAGERS CORPORATION
NOTICE:
WHEREAS section 3 of the Conservation Lands Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.28 and paragraph 11(2)6 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25 and in furtherance of Minutes of Settlement between the parties dated December 12, 2008 pursuant to OMB PL040510, the municipality is authorized to enter into the agreement thereunder;For a complete version of this document, including all related materials, download the attached PDF:

NOW THEREFORE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute an Agreement for property municipally known as 80 Madeline Drive between 2079409 Ontario Inc., the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood and Bass Bay Cottagers Corporation, affixed hereto as Schedule “A”;
- THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof at which time all By-laws and/or resolutions that are inconsistent with the provisions of this By-law and the same are hereby repealed or rescinded insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law.
ENACTED AND PASSED this 28th day of June, 2010.
