A Special Meeting of Council will be held Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Collingwood commencing at 1:00pm, for consideration of temporary fencing requirements for curbside patios and in-camera update on the Silver Creek Wetlands.

RECOMMENDING THAT the content of the Special Council Agenda for July 28, be adopted as presented.

THAT Council allow the provisions of Section 8(f), Schedule I – Sidewalk Patios and Cafés of By-law No. 2010-064 pertaining to fencing requirements for curbside patios be suspended to permit the use temporary fencing for a period of two (2) weeks, expiring August 11, 2010.
- THAT this Council proceeds in Camera in order to address a matter pertaining to:
advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose
