THAT Staff Report T2010-11, recommending that Council enacts By-Law 2010-118, 2010-119 and 2010-120 which authorizes the submission of three applications to the Ontario Infrastructure Projects Corporation (“OIPC”) for financing of certain capital works as noted in Schedule “A” to the by-laws and authorizes the Mayor and Treasurer to enter into financing agreements on behalf of the Municipality, be approved.

THAT By-law No. 2010-118, being a by-law to authorize the submission of an application to the Ontario Infrastructure Projects Corporation (“OIPC”) for financing certain capital works of the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood (the “municipality”); to authorize temporary borrowing from OIPC to meet expenditures in connection with such works; and to authorize long term borrowing for such works through the issue of debentures, be enacted and passed this 21st day of October, 2010.
