The Purpose of this Amendment is to re-designate lands from "Industrial" to "Environmental Protection", "Residential" and "Residential - Mixed Use" to permit the development of a mixed-use adult lifestyle village as shown on Schedule "A". the lands are also being designated "Medium Density Residential" and "Medium Density Residential - Mixed Use" on Schedule "C".
Location The subject property to this amendment is located in part of Lot 45, Concession 10 in the former Township of Nattawasaga, now in the Town of Collingwood (Municipally known as 14 Harbour Street., West, commonly known as the "Cranberry Driving Range").
