FS2011-01       Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Material Report (CBRN)
 
RECOMMENDING THAT Council authorizes the Fire Department to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding to participate in the Simcoe County Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Material Program. 
  • THAT By-law No. 2011-071,being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding to participate in the Simcoe County Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Material Program, be enacted and passed this 9th day of May, 2011. 
C2011-09        RFP for Realtor Services
 
RECOMMENDING THAT Council herein direct staff to proceed with disposing surplus municipal property including the south servicing area lots through the services of a realtor;
 
AND FURTHER THAT Council request the assistance of the Georgian Triangle Real Estate Board to distribute our “Request For Proposal for Realty Services” solely to their membership to seek interested brokers/realtors to market and sell our respective surplus properties.
 
C2011-10        Naming of Trails – Shipyards/Berm
 
RECOMMENDING THAT Council support the naming of the trail that runs north-south along the west side of North Maple Street, north of First Street as the “North Maple Street Trail” and the trails that run along the berm located between North Maple Street and the Wastewater Treatment Plant as “Dunbar’s Lookout Trail”.
 
P2011-12         Amending Zoning By-law No. 2011-072 and Town File Nos. D1402410 Project Name: Lotco II (Mountaincroft) Location: Registered Plan 51M-920, Lots 50 to 61 Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe Garbutt Crescent
 
RECOMMENDING THAT Council enact and pass amending Zoning By-law No. 2011-072 to reduce the required minimum lot frontage for a portion of the Registered Mountaincroft Plan of Subdivision in support of a proposal to create 16 lots where 12 currently exist. 
  • THAT By-law No. 2011-072, being a by-law under the provision of Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. p.13, as amended, be enacted and passed this 9th day of May, 2011. 
11.  MOTIONS
  • THATCouncil herein authorize that all Official Past Mayoral Portraits be consistently displayed as black and white, of the original/official pose, in the Mayoral Portrait Gallery currently located in the Town Hall.

12.  BY-LAWS

  • THAT By-law No. 2011-073, being a by-law to assume blocks of a plan of subdivision as part of a highway for public use, be enacted and passed this 9th day of May, 2011.
