WHEREAS
Section 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. c. P. 13, provides that the Council of a local municipality may, by by-law, designate lands not to be subject to part lot control;
 
AND WHEREAS it is intended that sixteen (16) lots for single detached dwellings be created from twelve (12) existing lots, lots 50 to 61, inclusive, Registered Plan No. 51M-920;
 
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Collingwood is satisfied thatthecreation ofthe single detached lots may proceed;
 
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
  1. THAT Subsection 5 of Section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, shall cease to apply toLots 50 to 61, inclusive, Registered Plan 51M-920, Town of Collingwood,as shown on Schedule “A” affixed hereto.
     
  2. THAT the reconfigured lot lines shall be in accordance with Schedule “B” affixed hereto.
     
  3. THAT this by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing and shall expire on July 11, 2013. 
ENACTED AND PASSED  this 11th day of July, 2011.
