Call for Nominationrs re: Award of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

The Council Award of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario is presented at each Council meeting to honour outstanding Ontario Physicians who have demonstrated excellence and come closest to meeting society's vision of an "ideal physician."

If you know of a physician who meets the selection criteris (outlined in the attached document), you may wish to nominate him/her for the Council Award.

The dradline for receipt of nominatioin is August 17, 2012.
