WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c. 25, as amended, authorizes Municipalities to enter into agreements;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THATthe Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute a Parking Exemption Agreement between Admiral Collingwood Development Corporation, Admiral’s Village Inc and the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood for the property located at Pin No.’s 58289-0112 (LT), 58289-0111(LT), 58289-0110 (R), 58289-0109 (LT), 58289-0108 (LT) and 58289-0107 (LT), affixed hereto as Schedule “A”;
2. THATthis by-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof.
ENACTED AND PASSED this 4th, day of July, 2008.
