Join Karen James (flute), with Ann-Marie MacDairmid (piano) and Kerri McGonigle (cello), for an enchanting musical evening featuring the compositions of Bach, Mozart, Mancini, and more.

At first listen, these pieces may seem unrelated, but for Karen, they are like old friends—each one offering comfort through challenging times and imparting valuable life lessons. In a time where much is uncertain, they provide an opportunity to contribute some beauty to the world.

This is a free event, but registration is required.

Hosting a fun salsa dancing session with a Valentine's day theme at Collingwood Public Library.

Invitation is an adult only event and open to couples or singles of any age.

Participants are encouraged to come energized and ready to move to the soulful sound of salsa music.

Help us to support our Youth as they begin their musical journey! Come out to the beautiful Sunset Point EnviroPark to listen to up-and-coming talent. Donations of non-perishable food and personal hygiene will be gratefully accepted to support those in need within our community.

Come out to the Collingwood Public Library FreeSchools room at 12 noon and give yourself a midday break. Enjoy a hot drink and snack while listening to free live local music. Bring your own lunch if you wish.

The first performance for 2025 is taking place on October 14th and happens every 2nd and 4th Tuesday. Come and join us in supporting local musicians.

Please note that the Library is closed on November 11th for Remembrance Day, consequently no performance happens on that date.

As in previous years, the parade will be held in the early evening to capture all the magic of our
downtown holiday lights. Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 16, beginning at 5 p.m., and plan to join the fun!

This year’s parade will be part of a fun-filled day in Downtown Collingwood as we officially
launch the holiday season. Enjoy the many merchant Open Houses … carolers on the street….
strolling entertainers … plus lots more, including the traditional “lighting” of the town Christmas
Tree.

On Saturday November 30 at 7:30 pm Sound Investment Community Choir presents their annual Christmas concert, A Wonderful Winter World. This year we celebrate both winter and the festive season with a wonderful selection of music and song, including our popular audience sing-along. Join us afterward for refreshments and conversation.

Studio 79 is thrilled to present the Jim Cuddy Trio, with special guests the Sam Polley & Devin Cuddy Duo, at the John Saunders Centre in Collingwood for an up close and intimate performance for 200 guests.

As a solo artist and as one of the creative forces in Blue Rodeo, Jim has received nearly every accolade Canada can bestow upon a musician including 15 JUNO Awards, The Order of Canada and, along with bandmates Blue Rodeo, has been inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, received the Governor General Performing Arts Award and a Star on the Walk of Fame.
