Project Description: The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would rezone the subject property from Industrial Park (M5) to Industrial Park Exception (M5-XX) to permit a restaurant accessory to a manufacturing, processing, assembly, or fabrication plant use. The proposal also seeks to establish site-specific parking requirements for an accessory restaurant.
