Project Description: The proposal is for an office building on a property that is 4,086 sq.m. in size. The proposed development features a 3-storey building complete with 36 at-grade parking spaces and 36 underground parking spaces.  The proposed building’s ground floor footprint is 976 sq. m., with a total gross floor area of 2,400 sq. m. (approx. 25,833 sq.ft.). Existing buildings/uses on the site are proposed to be removed.
