Project Description: Three (3) applications have been submitted regarding the subject property at 360 Raglan Street. 1.) A minor amendment to the existing site plan to construct a 232.25 sq.m addition at the rear of the existing industrial building for industrial use purposes with associated parking. 2.) A combined official plan amendment and zoning by-law amendment have been received to permit a building expansion within the 30 metre setback to the Pretty River and to add an additional permitted use of a “Health Club”. The property is within the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority jurisdiction, however the NVCA have confirmed that no permit is required.
