Project Description:  A minor adjustment to an existing agreement (L04211) has been received for 175 First Street otherwise known as Shoppers Drug Mart.  The parcel labled B is the proposed building on the illustrated image above.   The deeming by-law under file number D12071 deemed the properties 151-155, 159 & 175 into one parcel municipally known as 175 First Street.  This property is within the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority jurisdiction.
