Project Description: A major application for Site Plan Control has been received for two development blocks within the Blue Fairway Subdivision (MacPherson Builders) with a site area of 9.375 hectares. The applicant proposes a mixed residential development of 257 Units consisting of townhouses and midrise buildings. The development also includes a pool and gym pavilion.  The development will be serviced by internal condominium roads. Located on Block 5 & 6 on the redline draft approval plan dated Oct 24, 1994 and redline revised to Jun 14 1995 also described as Phase 5 & 6 by the builder. This application falls within the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority. Please note that the applicant will also be required to register a plan of subdivision/subdivision agreement on these lands
