Project Description: The preconsultation application was discussed at the meeting held Feb., 8, 2018. These applications have been received for a proposal to amend the Official Plan Policies and Zoning By-Law on the subject lands. The specific hotel property interests concern the existing hotel site of about 4.3ha and a vacant parcel of about 2.5ha situated approximately 120m fourth of the hotel site. Between these two parcels are a series of residential condominiums having an aggregate site area of about 3.4 ha. For purposes of land use description and function, these parcels are referred to as the North Sector, the Central Sector and South Sector. Please access the planning consultant’s report from Colin Travis for a full description provided in this link. This property is within the NVCA Jurisdiction. Of note SCC #129 is not included in these amendments.
