Project Description: Vonlock Investments Limited has proposed a Site Plan Amendment and a related Site Plan Amendment Agreement to permit a 260 m2 expansion to the building footprint of an existing motor vehicle dealership, the Collingwood Nissan and reconfiguration of the hardscaped areas, including the parking lot and sidewalks on the property municipality addressed at 307 Pretty River Parkway. This will expand the current dealership building the include additional showroom and office space, garage and storage space, and a service drive-through, and reconfiguration of the parking lot and sidewalks, to support their existing motor vehicle dealership operations.
