The site plan application proposes 78 freehold townhouse dwelling units in association with a common element condominium (private road, visitor parking, and amenity areas). The zoning by-law amendment proposes to treat the entire development as being one property for the purposes of determining zoning conformity and also contains an exception for a reduced front yard setback of 3.9 meters, adjacent to Peel Street.
