 Project Description: The proposed development is comprised of a renovation and addition to both the existing Club Cranberry building and a portion of the Living Stone (formerly Cranberry) Resort hotel building to develop a retirement home. The proposal involves the conversion of the existing 3-storey (plus basement) Club Cranberry building plus a 2-story addition above to create 69 retirement home units. The proposal also involves a 3-storey addition above the existing Living Stone Resort restaurant and swimming pool and a 5-story addition in front of the existing garage and delivery room for an additional 57 retirement home units. A total of 126 retirement home units are proposed along with a total of 13,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, including dining, lounges, fitness facilities, etc. to be used exclusively by the senior residents.
