On August 16, 2019 The Building Department for the Town of Collingwood issued a building permit for temprary shoring works and a conditional building permit for the raft slab construction for the Monaco Development.  A building code review of the remainder of the building is underway. 

On July 22, 2019 Council of the Town of Collingwood made resolution to execute the agreements for an Amendment to the Existing Site Plan approval, Hoarding Agreement and an Easement Agreement.  The Resolution Number is 267-2019 and here is a link to the pdf document. 

We have provided links to the approved Monaco site.  It has received approvals for their amendment to the Site Plan Agreement,  as well as a Hoarding Agreement, and an Easement Agreement.  Here is a link to a presentation as well as an updated landscape drawing which received approval.   We have also provided a link to the Staff Report number  STAFF REPORT #P2019-34 that was taken to Council July 22, 2019.   Here is a presentation dated July 16, 2019.   The  agreements and plans are are attached to the hyper links provided.  

The amendment to the existing Site Plan 2011 Agreement will be to change the name of the ownership of the property and update the approved drawings. The plans that are part of this submission have worked the existing designation and zoning on the property and have utilized the details that were approved through the past amendments to the Heritage District and the approved site plan agreement.
