Project Description: The subject lands consist of approximately 37.16 hectares (91.82 acres) and are bounded by Highway No. 26 along the property limits to the south, Princeton Shores Boulevard along the property limits to the northeast, Bartlett Boulevard along the property limits to the northwest, and the West Lands of the same development along the western limits of the site. The lands are currently vacant and are situated south of the Georgian Bay.  The existing draft approval is to develop the site for 71 single-detached and 87 townhouse residential dwelling units, 162 residential units in 3-storey walk-up buildings, and a high density block ranging between 40 to 110 residential units and various Environmental Protection blocks.  The revised subdivision proposal would be for a total of 655 dwelling units, consisting of 539 townhouse dwellings (3 storey) and 116 apartment units (1 building, 4 storey), and also entails a rezoning.
