Project Description: The application proposes to amend the Site-Specific Zone provisions of the Business Park Industrial Exception 2 (M4-2) zone to include a restaurant as a permitted use of the property, to a maximum size of 475 sq. m. gross floor area. The proposed restaurant use is intended to be located within a future 2-storey multi-occupancy office building as a supporting/complimentary use, as permitted in the Business Park Land Use Designation of the Official Plan.
