In light of the current state of emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Collingwood is taking measures to ensure the continued operations of our procurement activities. To proactively safeguard the best interests of the community while delivering essential Town Services, we will be extending numerous active bid solicitations that are currently set to close on April 2, 2020, for a period of two weeks from the current closing date. Amendments will be posted shortly.
Drop payments, forms, submissions, or any other inquiries are still being accepted through the Town Hall Drop Box located at the front door. If you are unable to deliver documents in person, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

As of March 2015, the Town of Collingwood will be utilizing Biddingo to advertise all tender documents. To access bid documents and full details on any open bid opportunity, proponents must first register and then download the bid documents. Registration can be done in one of three ways:
- Purchase an annual subscription, which will also the user to download unlimited documents from any other organization using Biddingo to advertise tenders.
- Purchase and download documents for individual tenders.
- Take a 30-day trial.
Respondents must register as a document taker through the Town’s service provider Biddingo (www.biddingo.com/Collingwood) or by submitting a completed Document Takers Registration Form. The Form can be completed in person at Town of Collingwood, Tax Office 1st Floor, 97 Hurontario Street, Collingwood, Ontario L9Y 3Z5.
