The Collingwood Art Crawl returns to Downtown Collingwood on Saturday, September 21 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The Collingwood Live & Original Music Initiative is once again partnering with the Butter Gallery to present the Collingwood Art Crawl, a free, self-guided art walk, featuring more than 100 artists at multiple venues, set to live music, all in historic Downtown Collingwood.

There are 40 venues, over 70 visual artists (photography, jewellery, sculpture, paintings, mixed media, textile, and pottery), and 56 musical acts from across Ontario. This all-original music features a range of genres, from freak-folk to jazz, and everything in between.

Battle Of The Brushes - Two rounds at 6:00 PM & 7:00 PM sharp, 80 Simcoe Street
A live competitive art event! Several artists are given just 20 minutes to create a painting. Come out and cheer on our fearless creators! Feel free to make an offer on your favourite piece after the show.

Literary Arts Lounge - 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Simcoe Street Theatre, 65 Simcoe Street
Screening of Gathering Circle (5:30 PM to 6:00 PM) including Dr. Duke Redbird reading his poem The Power of the Land, Place Holders (6:30 PM to 7:00 PM) featuring local poets reading their poems about special places in Collingwood, and Well Chosen Words (7:30 PM to 9:00 PM) featuring readings, recitations, and performances by local literary luminaries, including YOU.

Great Wall of Smalls – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Butter Gallery, 126 Hurontario Street
Approximately 350 pieces, 12 inches and smaller, all shapes, 30 artists. Collectable. Affordable. Unforgettable.

Woven Woods – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Town Hall, 97 Hurontario Street
Using sticks, branches and roots, Nathan Sowrey forms woven sculptures of fantasy and nature. See animals, baskets and creatures of all sizes borne from a wild imagination!

Live Body Painting – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Metra Fashion House, 93 Hurontario Street
Virginia Dennis of Mable Moon takes face painting to the extreme! See what all the hype is about this globally renowned art form.
