Effective April 3, 2021 Ontario is in a Provincial wide shutdown due to COVID19.

The Government of Ontario announced a province-wide declaration of emergency and a stay-at-home order, effective Thursday April 8, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. The COVID-19 Response Framework (colour-coded zones) is paused during this time. More on the stay-at-home order and the restrictions can be found on the provincial website as it is updated.

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) and local municipalities may also implement local public health directions, bylaws, and policies which can exceed the provincial laws and recommendations.
