Get in the Halloween spirit with the Collingwood Museum!

Collingwood, ON [7 October 2021] – The Collingwood Museum is excited to offer Halloween-themed activity kits for the October 22 PA Day.
Designed for children ages 6-12, the heritage-inspired kits include materials for two seasonal crafts, activity pages, a scavenger hunt, and a surprise toy-treat – no tricks, we promise. Participants will get into the Halloween spirit while learning interesting historical tidbits along the way!
The Halloween kits are being created in response to the overwhelming success of the summer activity kit program. Four unique kit themes were offered throughout July and August with a total of 120 kits available. With all kits being reserved within 48 hours, Museum staff recognize there is a large demand for take-home children’s activities in our community.
Kits are available for a suggested donation of $10. Call 705-445-4811 Ext. 7211 to reserve a kit today! Quantities are limited, and kits are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that kits are available by pre-scheduled appointment with pick-ups commencing on Saturday, October 16.
The craft suggestions, scavenger hunt, and activity pages will also be available for free download on collingwood.ca/museum.
