New facility closures announced by Province
Effective January 5, 2022 all recreation facilities, museum, and Simcoe Street Theatre will be closed as per Provincial requirements.
Effective January 4, 2022 only the enhanced vaccination certificate with the QR code will be accepted to enter some town facilities as per the Provincial requirements.
Effective December 20, 2021 as per the Provincial Regulations, all visitors aged 12 and older will be required to provide proof of full vaccination to access some town facilities.
Effective September 22, 2021 proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to access some town facilities.

Effective July 16 at 12:01 a.m., Ontario is in Step 3 of its Roadmap to Reopen.
The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) and local municipalities may also implement local public health directions, bylaws, and policies which can exceed the provincial laws and recommendations.
