During the COVID-19 pandemic the Planning Division offices are not physically open, but the Town continues to provide remote services subject to delays, suspensions, or disruption to service associated with the current COVID-19 crisis

The Town of Collingwood has proactively implemented a number of temporary measures to help get ahead of COVID-19 and to protect Residents and Staff. The Town is closely monitoring the situation and is ready to ramp up Business Continuity and Essential Services Plans in the event that COVID-19 escalates. Town Staff and Council are working hard to safeguard the best interests of the community while continuing to successfully deliver Town Services.
Regular Council meetings are held on the third and fourth Monday of every month in Council Chambers, Town Hall located at 97 Hurontario Street, Collingwood at 5:00 PM unless otherwise posted. Please take note of alternative Council Meeting arrangements in place due to COVID-19.
Now is a crucial time for you to exercise Physical Distancing and Self-Isolation so we can limit the spread of COVID-19. Health Canada, the Ministry of Health, Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, and the Town of Collingwood are asking you to stay at home and self-isolate.
At the Wednesday, March 25 Special Council Meeting, Town of Collingwood Council approved COVID-19 Relief Measures that will support residents and businesses through these uncertain times.
