TAKE NOTICE that on the 29th day of April, 2019 the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Collingwood passed By-law No. 2019-033 pursuant to Section 17 and Section 21 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended. By-law No. 2019-033 is a by-law to adopt Official Plan Amendment No. 42 which makes changes to the Town of Collingwood Official Plan (2004).
