Attn. Collingwood residents. As of Friday, November 15th, Canada Post workers are on strike.

What does this mean for the Town of Collingwood's outgoing mail?

Any mail required by legislation sent from the Town during the strike (e.g. Planning notices) may be sent via courier. All other non-essential mail will be on hold until the strike is over.

What if I want to sign up or pay for a Town service?

The Town of Collingwood has many online options to serve you better! The Service Collingwood portal provides residents, businesses, and visitors easy access to non-emergency town services, programs, and information.

I have a parking ticket. How do I pay for it?

You can pay online for your ticket, drop your payment off at Town Hall to Customer Service during office hours, or leave it in the secure mailbox at the front doors.

Residents are also welcome to visit the Service Collingwood Counter at Town Hall for questions, service requests and payments, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
