Private & Public partnership brings new ecommerce portal to help local businesses sell during COVID-19 crisis. 

Several tech experts have been working with the Business Development Centre in downtown Collingwood create a new digital marketplace that will help business:

1.    Have a common marketplace to promote the products and services they continue
       to sell
2.    Highlight food & beverage companies offering takeout or delivery
3.    Offer gift cards and other products and digital services on an easy to use
       e-commerce platform (if they do not have an online store already)
4.    Promote virtual events they are organizing in and around South Georgian Bay
5.    Get Free advice on increasing their digital footprint and selling online from the
       Digital Service Squad

We would love to have you join this new ecommerce enabled marketplace!

There is no cost to join.  You do get a basket of benefits:

  • Listing for free at www.CollingwoodStrong.ca, the marketplace shopping portal which will  be receiving extensive digital and radio marketing support
  • Access to the free Digital Service Squad and other online experts to help with digital integration and increasing your online presence
  • Ability to integrate with an online payment system (if your website does not have one yet) using Stripe at very competitive processing rates

Dynamic, automatic profiling of:

  •  Your food & beverage offerings through an easy link to your menu, along with your location and pick-up/delivery options, at Collingwood Commons
