Simcoe Street Theatre

The Simcoe Street Theatre, Collingwood’s 97-seat black box theatre, located at 65 Simcoe Street in Downtown Collingwood, has re-opened for rentals. While the theatre is not currently able to welcome spectators, the space is available to renters looking for a place to hold rehearsals and private meetings, or to produce recordings and live-streamed events.

The Simcoe Street Theatre lives at the crossroads of creativity and expression, a space to host innovative works, experimental presentations and virtual concert experiences unlike anywhere else. Whether debuting your latest album, workshopping your first production, or hosting a corporate function, the Simcoe Street Theatre is the venue for you.  The Theatre is equipped with professional sound and lighting gear.

In accordance with current guidelines, renters will be required to follow all health and safety protocols with respect to physical distancing, contact tracing, hand washing, and the use of face-coverings.
