The Town Of Collingwood is an amazing place to live, work, and especially PLAY. In our effort to be a high-performing 21st Century organization that supports a healthy, strong, and vibrant community, the Town has launched a new online recreation registration system, that will allow residents to search, register, and pay for recreation programs from the comfort of their own home - any device, any day, any time!

This launch is part of the Town’s ongoing pursuit of innovative and efficient ways to provide consistent, convenient, and responsive customer service opportunities across the organization.

Fall Swim Program Registration will be available on the new system on Tuesday, September 24.

Families are encouraged to create their new account and profile now, which will make it easier to register for programming when registration windows open. It's easy to do and takes less than 2 minutes.

Parks, Recreation, and Culture staff will not be migrating past account information over to the new system. All new and returning members/clients are encouraged to create a new account prior to registration.

Information about the new registration system, and how to create an account, can be found on the Town Website at www.collingwood.ca/registration.

Swim Registration will also be available in-person at the Centennial Aquatic Centre on Tuesday, September 24, after 8:30 AM. Phone registration will be available starting on Wednesday, September 25.

The new registration system meets the industry standard for encryption and security measures to protect people’s personal information. The Town strongly encourages users to choose a strong password and also be diligent in protecting personal information and account details.

Customer Service is a key business delivery priority for the Town of Collingwood. With this priority in mind, the new registration system will be expanded in the near future to allow residents to register for museum programs, sailing school, harbour activities, and facility rentals. Stay tuned for future registration announcements.

NOTICE - Temporary Aquatic Centre Closure
The Centennial Aquatic Centre was closed for annual building maintenance for 3 weeks from September 1 to September 23. During this maintenance, a drainage issue was discovered that requires an immediate fix. This added construction will keep the Centennial Aquatic Centre closed for an additional 3 weeks, unfortunately delaying previously planned registration and programming. Thank you to all residents for your patience and understanding as we resolve this drainage issue. Fall Swim Program Registration will be available on Tuesday, September 24.
