Please take notice that Transit delays are expected on Friday, February 28 and Saturday, February 29 as winter road conditions worsen. Transit will remain in operation unless otherwise posted on the Town’s website. Please use care and caution when standing at bus stops as Public Works crews continue to clear roads and sidewalks. We appreciate your patience.
Please take notice that there are delays on ALL Transit (Bus) Routes in Collingwood today (Thursday, February 20) due to weather and road conditions. Transit users can expect a delay of approximately 20 minutes. Thank you for your patience and understanding as Public Works Crews clear our roads and Transit Drivers manuever through inclement weather conditions.
Please take notice that Bus Transit in Collingwood will be delayed by up to 30 minutes throughout the day on Thursday, January 16 due to weather conditions. Riders should expect 30 minute delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please take notice that there are temporary Transit delays in Collingwood (Colltrans) and on the Blue Mountain Link on Wednesday, December 18 due to weather conditions. Transit Users should expect 15 minute delays today due to the snowy weather conditions.
Special Transit hours on December 24, December 25, December 31, and January 1.
UPDATE: Heritage Drive Paving Project will continue on Wednesday, August 28 (weather permitting).
Road Paving will occur on Heritage Drive from Waterside Lane to the Marina Parking Lot. Heritage Drive will remain open, including access to the Boat Launch and Yacht Club, but may be limited to single lane intermittently throughout the construction project. Expect traffic delays on Heritage Drive. People are also asked to avoid the Walking/Cycling Trail along Heritage Drive during the construction project. Safety first!
Starting August 6, 2019, the County is launching two new LINX Transit Service routes and assuming the operations of an existing connecting link between Collingwood and Wasaga Beach.
Currently, transit is behind approximately 20+ minutes in Collingwood. Downtown Terminal boarding area this weekend is on Pine Street only. Please expect transit delays throughout the weekend due to high traffic volumes downtown during the Elvis Festival.
Temporary road closure on Simcoe Street from Ste. Marie Street to St. Paul Street on Saturday, June 29 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM due to the Collingwood Arts & Music Festival.
